Joy brings nearly three decades of expertise in banking to her role, advocating for clients and their families to achieve their financial goals. She understands that your financial needs can be complex and overwhelming, which is why she provides personalized guidance and support. Throughout her career, she has consistently provided clients with honest and transparent service.

Joy holds a business management degree from Lakeland College and finds a healthy work-life balance important. Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering for her children’s sports and serving the community through her involvement with TEMPO Madison and McFarland Youth Hockey Association as the Fundraising Coordinator.
