Joel EpsteinMortgage Loan Officer, VP

Joel has worked in the real estate industry in Carmel for more than 45 years where he holds the Certified Residential Mortgage Professional designation from the Mortgage Banker's Association. He is a multi-year Five Star Mortgage Professional honoree and former president of the Greater Indianapolis Mortgage Bankers Association. Joel is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a Certified Military Housing Specialist. He especially enjoys working with veterans from all branches of the military. A resident of Carmel for 42 years, Joel has served his community for a long time by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis as well as the Indiana Transportation Museum.
